Here are a few things I printed over the weekend before the electronics died. The second and third images are of holders for switches called endstops that prevent the printer from moving too far.
I made a spooler holder from some scrap metal and two bearings and it made a bigger difference than I thought it would.
The heart cube is a charactar from the game Portal, its more interesting than the plain test cubes.
Here are the first prints from my recently built Prusa i3 kit. I still have a lot of tuning to do.
It took me a while to get it all running. I shorted a Sanguinololu electronics kit and got a Megatronics 2 set which I had to return for a working board. My idler broke and I had to carefully feed it as I printed a new one.
